Exchanges
Not the right size or changed your mind? We offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as:
- The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we'll arrange it.
What can't be exchanged
- Items stitched or altered to your measurements
- Bridal and heavy occasion wear that was specially arranged for you
- Items damaged after delivery or without tags
Damaged or wrong item?
If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. That's a promise.
